Recovery and Monitoring:

Yes, symmetrization techniques can be added to the areolas, such as the periareolar approach.
Can I drive after gynecomastia?
Yes, after 3 days it will be possible, short distances (1 hour maximum).
Can I do sports?
Gynecomastia has its own simple treatment plan: a Velcro band for 15 days , and after that, nothing more. Drains are usually not necessary. From day 3, it's advisable to walk for 30 minutes a day, and exercise is gradually resumed: gentle cardio after a month and chest exercises a little later, depending on how each case progresses.
Is only the fat removed, or the gland as well?
It depends on what's there. When fat predominates, liposuction is enough; when there's glandular tissue—which is firm and feels like a disc behind the nipple—it has to be removed, because liposuction alone won't get rid of it and the breasts would still be prominent.
How long do you have to wear the girdle?
The Velcro strap is worn for 15 days . I don't usually leave a drain in.
When can I return to the gym?
Leg work and light cardio can be resumed soon; chest and weighted arm work will follow later, and I will give you the specific guidelines at the check-up depending on how the healing is progressing.
