I had breast enlargement surgery two weeks ago and I am delighted. Exquisite care, an extraordinary team, a very kind doctor. Great follow-up from the team.
I am delighted to have had my surgery with Dr Sordo and his team.
They are very friendly and professional.

Testimony: Marta G.
10/10 experience, 10/10 treatment, XNUMX/XNUMX results and XNUMX/XNUMX recovery. The lovely girls, especially Marta and Montse, are more than lovely, willing to help with absolutely everything and at any time, an enviable attitude and always attentive to how you feel, the treatment is more than exquisite.
If I had to do it again, I would do it without any doubt with the same surgeon and the same team he has.
Congratulations because I think they all seem incredible.

I have nothing but good words for Dr. Gustavo Sordo and his entire team.
Dr. Gustavo Sordo is an exceptional surgeon, a true magician with the scalpel.
I have been operated on for less than a week and from the first day I have been able to lift my arms without any discomfort and I know that although what I am going to say depends on each person, since I was discharged I have never taken any painkillers.
I thank Dr. Gustavo Sordo for the work he has done with me. I couldn't be happier with the result and I thank him and the entire team for the affection and closeness they have had with me from the very first moment.

My experience at the clinic has definitely been a 10/10. Dr. Sordo is the best surgeon I have ever met, he is caring, attentive and empathetic… an excellent man and an even better doctor.
I would also like to mention the nurses and assistants who are angels fallen from heaven, who have helped me in every way they could and more, especially Marta, Ana and Montse.

Almost a year ago I decided to go for an assessment with Dr Sordo and his entire team to have a rhinoplasty and breast enlargement. I couldn't have made a better decision and I wish I had made it sooner. From the first moment they gave me a lot of confidence. At each appointment (both at the assessment, the pre-operative, the check-ups...) Montse has greeted me with a big smile and they have taken me to the surgery very punctually. On the first day I was seen by Belen, explaining to me well what the processes of each intervention are, and after this contact the doctor assessed me, resolving all my doubts. In the following appointments I was seen mainly by Marta together with the doctor. I didn't have to think about it much to book a date for my operation. In March I had the operation, and I have waited 6 months to be able to tell my experience. On the day of the operation I was calm, and I was even more so when before entering the operating room the whole team encouraged me. My surgery was quite long as it was a rhinoplasty and an asymmetrical breast enlargement. The worst part was the first afternoon (I was under anaesthesia for many hours and it didn't feel very good), but the next morning Marta and Dr Sordo came to explain the care I had to take and to teach me how to lift my arms. That same afternoon I was able to go for walks and I felt very well. I didn't have any pain, although I did have a slight swelling, and after 6 months I can say that I am delighted with the result: natural, just what I was looking for. The scars are barely noticeable, I haven't had any problems from the surgery and I feel very comfortable. If you are thinking about it, don't hesitate, you won't find a better team than Dr Sordo.
Testimony: Angela G.
I have had a mammoplasty and my experience has been completely satisfactory.
For all of you who are considering whether or not to do it and with whom, without a doubt the answer is yes and of course with Dr. Gustavo Sordo.
Congratulations to the entire team because they make you feel comfortable from the first moment.
A sincere recommendation on how to read plastic surgery reviews, including our own: focus less on the enthusiasm of the testimonial and more on whether it describes a case similar to yours —anatomy, technique, and timeline—and whether it mentions follow-up . Surgery doesn't end when you leave the operating room: in a rhinoplasty, there's drain removal the next day, Doyle retainers and a splint on the seventh day, a second splint, a check-up a month later, and fibrosis monitoring; in a breast augmentation, there are check-ups and care of the reconstructed inframammary fold.
And two questions that are worth asking during any initial consultation, here or elsewhere: whether the surgeon is a specialist in Plastic, Aesthetic, and Reconstructive Surgery (via residency) – verifiable in the Medical Association's registry and in societies like SECPRE or AECEP – and who will handle the follow-up and where. In our practice, we also use 3D simulations to plan the procedure based on the patient's own photos, because well-adjusted expectations before surgery are, by far, the most influential factor in post-operative satisfaction.

And what about the bad reviews?
If you've come here looking for negative things to say about me, that's understandable. I'd do the same before having surgery. So, instead of just showing you the good things about me, I'll tell you what you don't usually find on clinic websites.
Along the same lines, if you're deciding: Reasons NOT to undergo cosmetic surgery.
How many patients need a touch-up?
The percentage of touch-ups a surgeon performs, on its own, reveals less than it seems. A surgeon who finishes what they start—who touches up those who need it instead of leaving things unfinished—ends up showing a higher percentage , not a lower one. In a clinic that does good work and is honest about this, the figure is around 10%, and it can be considerably higher. A suspiciously low percentage doesn't mean the surgery is better: it almost always means that those touch-ups aren't being reported.
It's also important to say the opposite: sometimes people request cosmetic procedures that don't make surgical sense, and I reject those. Operating on a nose that's already fine doesn't help anyone, and saying so is part of my job.
What is the cost of a review?
If the revision is reasonable, my fees are waived . The patient only assumes a portion of the operating room costs, which are beyond my control.
What is reviewed most often
In rhinoplasty, and especially in preservation techniques, the most frequent complication by far is the minihump : a small elevation that reappears on the bridge of the nose. It is neither rare nor hidden: it is described in the specialty literature and is considered one of the known limitations of these techniques.
Next come tip deviation and loss of projection . These are the three things I check most often, and I prefer you know about them before your surgery, not after.
Where to see opinions that I don't control
I personally selected the testimonials on this page, and I want to be upfront about that. If you want to read what people write without any filtering, you can find my reviews on Google and my public profile on Doctoralia , with all the feedback, good and not so good.
