Liposuction and lipofilling in women: before and after
Case fact sheet
- Patient: 34 year old woman
- Technique: Tumescent liposuction with lipofilling of the extracted fat.
- Entry: 1 night
- Anesthesia: General type TIVA
- Duration: 3 hours long.
Patient who had previously undergone liposuction, who was not satisfied with the result, and who also wanted to use the fat extracted from the hips, flanks, inner thighs and abdomen to increase the volume and projection of the buttocks.
Result: We performed a lipotransfer or lipofilling using the Coleman technique, essentially a "Brazilian lift." 400cc of fat were transplanted to each side, successfully filling the area and creating a more projected and lifted buttock, with more defined adjacent areas (hips, flanks, etc.), further enhancing the overall projection. This was a buttock augmentation using the patient's own fat, eliminating the need for implants.
