Pathology: Patient who desires a natural and proportionate appearance. She presents with a well-developed breast with a long, well-developed lower pole, naturally "anatomical" before surgery. In this type of patient, who already has an anatomical shape, another anatomical implant should not be used (it would not offer any advantages). Instead, a round implant should be used to provide equal volume to both the upper and lower poles (without adding more volume to the lower pole than to the upper, as it is already sufficiently volumized).
Result: We achieve a natural result with breast augmentation, using 275cc round implants.
