Rhinoplasty with correction of dorsal hump and drooping nasal wing
This patient presented with a low radix with a bridge, unfavorable skin, and a lot of skin coverage at the tip, which resulted in a hanging nasal ala.
We exclusively removed the bridge area using ultrasound and covered the roof of the nose with autologous spreader grafts, taken from the patient's own septum. We also treated the turbinates and septum, and improved the tip with a high-quality septal extension graft.
The drooping wing improved significantly thanks to the structure we placed at the tip.
Here we explain what a rhinoplasty includes at our clinic, from the consultation to the follow-up appointments.

Not all noses need ultrasound, nor do they all benefit equally. In our ultrasonic rhinoplasty guide, we explain in which cases the outcome varies.
