Ultrasonic rhinoplasty in a patient with post-traumatic deviation
A striking case of a man who had suffered a previous trauma and whose nose was markedly deviated to the right due to a lateral impact following the blow. In addition, his radix was very high, with a prominent hump under considerable tension.
Here we tell you how we perform rhinoplasty , from the first consultation to the follow-up appointments.
We performed an ultrasonic rhinoplasty with piezotome-assisted osteotomies, spreader grafts, and a septal extension graft.
The result is excellent, with great nasal functionality recovered after the trauma.

Regarding this intervention
Not all noses need ultrasound, nor do they all benefit equally. In our ultrasonic rhinoplasty guide, we explain in which cases the outcome varies.
