Our patient has kindly allowed us to share these images. On the lower eyelid, the bags were treated from inside the eyelid, without any skin scarring (transconjunctival blepharoplasty). On the upper eyelid, we removed skin and filled the "depression" around the eyelid with a small amount of fat: sometimes, instead of removing, we need to add.

Before removing eyelid skin, the eyebrow must be examined: if it's drooping, removing skin above it will make the eyes appear smaller. This is relevant in blepharoplasty.
